Or maybe they should just forego water altogether.
Some countries should just stay away from events that they aren't good at. You don't see Ireland bullishly sending over a 50-person team to dominate the Winter Olympics.
The Philippines need to stay in their lane.
The Filipino team are competing in the South East Asia Games at the moment and as you can see from this video, their diving team need to practice their landings a LOT more.

Maybe they just need a new coach. Someone who has a proven track record in the world of diving and who can coax, cajole and coach them into reaching the next level. Maybe a certain Englishman?
