We won’t lie to you, this made us cry
The death of Phil Hughes is unspeakably tragic and as you might imagine, the sporting world is overcome with the departure of such a young man, doing what he loved.
Many of those passing on their condolonces have also made sure to make reference to the other person involved in this tragedy, bowler Sean Abbott, acknowledging that he is going through a personal torment at this time.
Nowhere is the double tragedy of this event better encapsulated than in this cartoon by Indian artist Satish Acharya.
