This 2-minute, 10-question check can help you understand whether your symptoms are worth discussing

Most people think erectile dysfunction is purely a sexual health issue. But doctors say it can be one of the earliest warning signs of heart disease.1,2

The reason comes down to blood flow. The arteries supplying the penis are much smaller than those supplying the heart, so the same changes in blood vessel walls that contribute to cardiovascular disease, including narrowing from fatty deposits, can affect blood flow to the penis earlier.3,4 As a result, erection problems can appear 2 to 5 years before any heart-related symptoms.1,2

The problem

Research also suggests men with erectile dysfunction have a 59% higher risk of developing heart disease, while almost 7 in 10 men diagnosed with both conditions experienced ED before their heart disease.5,6

Jordic's Test - Take it here

The campaign encourages men not only to start talking about erectile dysfunction, but to take action. After hearing Jordic's message, men are invited to take a simple online questionnaire that helps them understand whether their symptoms could be linked to cardiovascular risk and whether it might be time to speak to a doctor.

Jordic's Test is a straightforward 10-question check-in that takes around two minutes to complete.

It's designed for men experiencing ongoing difficulties in getting or maintaining an erection and looks at your symptoms alongside other aspects of your general health and lifestyle that can influence your cardiovascular health.

The questionnaire isn't designed to diagnose erectile dysfunction or heart disease, but it can help you understand whether your symptoms are worth discussing with a healthcare professional.

At the end, you'll receive a personalised report highlighting anything that may be worth exploring further, helping you feel more informed and in control of both your sexual health and your heart health.

If your results suggest it could be beneficial to seek medical advice, you'll also receive guidance on how to start that conversation with your GP and what information may be useful to share.

If you've noticed persistent changes and aren't sure what they mean, you can take Jordic's Test above
