Why on earth would Mayo do media?

"He's a player I really like, much-maligned, but another quick one on that is that Mayo are on a very strict media ban all this year and I actually don't blame them," Wooly said. "They're the one county I don't really mind being on a media ban and I understand why they have to do it because of the absolute nonsense that they have to put up with if one of their players says something. "They get an awful lot of negative press when they've been on the go for so long and they're still giving us great games. Now, another great performance. "Aidan O'Shea really is one of the top players in the country and I don't think he gets the credit he deserves."
