We thought we had a worthy winner.
We DID have a worthy winner. Last weekend, we asked you to vote for Ireland's Most Ripped GAA player from a list of six buff candidates. Roscommon's Cathal Dineen held off huge competition from Kerry footballer Aidan O'Mahony to top the poll. We were just about to commission a gold[plated] trinket, wrapped in SportsJOE ribbons, for Cathal when a tip-off email arrived in our inbox. 'Have ye not seen London hurler Luke Hands?' we were incredulously asked.
