Fresh off the back of scoring 2-2 in an Ulster SFC quarter-final, we gave Ronan O'Neill a proper challenge.

Tyrone found it all too easy against Derry in Celtic Park on Sunday, but the lethal corner-forward had a tougher time of it this week when he met up with SportsJOE. We challenged him to choose his ultimate 7s team, one which could take the Kilmacud competition by storm... he didn't disappoint, picking a team with experience, speed and class. No prizes for guessing who he stuck in nets. No better man to launch a 7s attack. The Omagh clubman goes with a Kerry legend in defence, alongside a man who no doubt gives him hell in training   O'Neill sticks with the Kerry-Tyrone combo in the engine room.
