'Those Tipp lads can sure hold a tune,' are words we may never hear. They can certainly wield a hurl though and, by God, did they wield it with some intent against Kilkenny during their All-Ireland triumph. Sky Sports were privy to some excellent dressing room footage as Brendan Maher and his teammates soak up their Liam MacCarthy success. Keep an eye out for Maher saluting the room with his chocolate protein milk. The squad, and senior management, delivered a rousing rendition of 'The Galtee Mountain Boy', which was made famous by the Wolfe Tones. These are the moments that will live long in the memory for all the Tipp players. Hard earned, well deserved.
