Raymond Mulgrew absolutely lamped a medicine ball into the unexpecting face of Cookstown Fr Rocks' teammate during a gym session. The 29-year-old forward, who earned an All-Star nomination in 2007 for his for championship performances with Tyrone, dished out a chest pass that caught his colleague unawares and sent him flying.
