Jaysus check this fella's boots for springs.

The high balls looks like they're all but sorted for this season as we don't see anybody outjumping these lads. This video comes courtesy of Paul Reynolds, a former player who works strength and conditioning for Antrim clubs Cushendall, Glenravel and Glenariff, getting some training in with Danny Wrigglesworth and Matthew Rae. Here you see a standing jump of a height of 146 cms. We fancy giving it a go if we can get a 126 cm boost on our starting position.
