Coaches often demand their teams make a fast start to games and St Eunan's of Letterkenny certainly did that with this effort in their MacRory Cup play-off game with St Patrick's of Armagh.
Having claimed the throw-in, all it took was a long ball forward and a quick-thinking half-forward and the ball was in the back of the net.
