Enda McCormick began his chase of the ball inside his own 45' and, surging through the middle of the Galway defence, he linked with Peadar Mogan before pumping the afterburners again and seemingly stepping up another few gears. The wing forward gets on the end of Mogan's final pass and the opposition are sliced open like a scolding knife through melted butter and McCormick rattles the far top corner with a finish of pure power and precision. A finish of pure skill.
