The Underdogs will be up against it, that's for sure.

The TG4 Underdogs will take on Dublin in a challenge game under the lights in Parnell Park on October 19. The game will be broadcast live on GAA Beo on TG4 with the ball being thrown in at 7.45.   The Underdogs began their journey a couple of weeks ago with trials taking place across the country from Abbotstown to Trim. Team managers former Galway Captain Ray Silke, former Cork Ladies Footballer Valerie Mulcahy and former Kerry footballer Paul Galvin selected the best of the bunch and they've trained the aspiring club players hard with challenge games and training camps over the last few weeks. The original series of Underdogs saw Kieran Donaghy and Pearse O'Neill come of age when their team defeated Kerry in Austin Stack Park way back in 2004 so the aim will be that players will come of age on the back of this series too.
