A first ever All-Ireland final awaits

All day we were seeing people on Twitter hoping that Tipperary could 'put it up'  to Dublin in today's Eirgrid All-Ireland U21 football semi final in Tullamore. Well the Munster champions did more than that after an epic 0-14 to 0-12 win to dump the All-Ireland champions out of the competition, and reach a very first championship decider. Led by the inspirational Colin O Riordan, Tipperary recovered from trailing by 0-7 to 0-3 at the break to win in injury time by 0-14 to 0-12, with late points Steven O' and Kevin O'Halloran. The result echoes the famous All-Ireland minor football success of 2011 as Tipperary shocked Dublin in Croke Park, with a number of players on both sides still involved this afternoon. https://twitter.com/BrenCummins1/status/589463124996161536 https://twitter.com/seamiecallanan/status/589464685918969856 https://twitter.com/johnodwyer14/status/589463067429367808 https://twitter.com/BennyMaher/status/589466053715034113 https://twitter.com/KCsixtyseven/status/589460722268172288 https://twitter.com/pa_flynn1/status/589465822193709056 https://twitter.com/Jkbgaa/status/589464987292323840 https://twitter.com/SquatinGymBunny/status/589464085240111104 The second semi final saw Tyrone defeat Roscommon by 0-17 to 0-12.
