Limerick will have to plan for their Munster semi-final with Tipperary without the services of Seanie Tobin,after it was confirmed today that his appeal against a one-match ban has failed. The Murroe Boher man was sent off in last week's narrow win over Clare just seconds after coming on following what we'll describe as a tangle with Patrick O'Connor. The player was  in Dublin this week to face the Central Hearings Committee as Limerick appealed his dismissal, but the GAA have upheld the ban that will rule him out of next month's last four clash.
