It's been a day of high excitement in West Kerry.

The crew and stars of Top Gear in are hanging out in the Kingdom this weekend, filming a segment of the BBC show which is to go to air in late May. Hosts Matt LeBlanc and Chris Evans have been spotted in Kerry the last few days pulling pints and enjoying all the sights and sounds the fine folk of the south-west have to offer. As part of the filming schedule, a special game was organised this morning for the show between An Ghaeltacht and Dingle GAA club. ding There was fierce excitement among the natives, who promised anyone who wanted to turn up for the game, would be given a chance at playing. And in true Kerry style, the natives did not disappoint. https://twitter.com/DingleGAA/status/721270931000266752 Ahead of the game, which began around 11am, the two hosts were set to arrive in style in two Rolls Royce’s https://twitter.com/achrisevans/status/721276366482763776 https://twitter.com/BrandonBayRun/status/721286755840835584 The game passed off without any major hitches. https://twitter.com/aoifegranville/status/721280064709636097 And the finale of the game was interrupted by the two beautiful cars making their way onto the pitch. https://twitter.com/ciaranwilliamz/status/721300050794700800 https://twitter.com/brownesbbdingle/status/721301918543425536 https://twitter.com/PaulSweeneyIRL/status/721304667788046336 Hopefully, someone in Dingle helpfully told matt the Irish for "how you doin?" which would be probably "cen chaoi ina bhfuil tú?" if our Leaving Cert Gaeilge serves us right.
