Replays. They're necessary. Sometimes, though, it's tough to get the timing spot on. Anyone that has worked in live sports TV production will tell you it's a pain in the bloody arse!

Thankfully, TG4 have got the right idea. Good aul TG4. They often have the right idea.
Sunday was another great day for GAA heads on TG4. For the channel's live coverage of the Kilkenny vs Cork in the camogie leagues division 1 final and Tipperary and Kilkenny's hurling league showpiece, they rolled out a slick small-screen replay which allowed viewers to see the action back without the risk of possibly missing the live stuff.
And if that wasn't enough, TG4 showed off a cracking new camera angle for puck-outs from right behind the goals. Cutting-edge coverage.
