Mayo, Cork and Tyrone will join the provincial champions in the All-Ireland quarter-final series, or the Super 8's, after their respective wins on Saturday.

Cork and Tyrone slaughtered Laois and Cavan respectively in the afternoon games before two goals from James Carr helped Mayo through over provincial rivals Galway. The last qualifier will see Meath take on Clare with the winner joining Mayo, Donegal and Kerry in Group 1 while Cork, Tyrone, Roscommon and four-time defending champions Dublin will all line up in Group 2 this summer. The first game of the Super 8 series will take place next weekend with Dublin, Roscommon, Kerry and Donegal all hosting games with the second round taking place the following weekend and the final round taking place a fortnight after.
