GAA players at every level in the country are trying to get back into shape and are putting themselves through fairly gruelling fitness regimes at the moment. Some counties are doing 4am and 5am morning sessions while, for others it's all protein this and low-carb that in their diets.
Well it seems that Cork's Eoin Cadogan has a slightly different approach and prefers more of a homely way to his 'strength and conditioning' programme ahead of another inter-county season:
