The football semi finals take place a week later on Saturday the 13th, with the first game the clash of Ballyboden St Endas and Clonnmel Commercials at 4.30 in O'Moore Park in Portlaoise.
The second semi final takes place later that evening in Kingspan Breffni park in Cavan, as Castlebar Mitchells take on Ulster outfit Crossmaglen rangers at 6.30pm under lights.
As per the hurling encounters, extra time is factored into both games and all four will be live on TG4.
The GAA are still confirming the details of the All-Ireland junior and intermediate semi finals and those dates and venues are expected to be confirmed later this week.
