One of the brightest prospects, not just in Mayo, but in Ireland is Crossmolina's Kobe McDonald.
The son of Ciarán McDonald put up 1-5 on the weekend, as his team defeated Belmullet to advance to the semi-finals of the Mayo SFC, with the 17-year-old taking his goal brilliantly.
Playing alongside him in midfield was Mayo's Jordan Flynn, who sang his praises after the game.
Speaking with TG4, he said: "The great thing about being so goof when you're so young is everyone will talk about you when you're good, but if he has a bad day then people are very quick to jump on you.
"So what I'd be telling him, and he knows this, is just enjoy his football, and that's what he's doing. You miss things, you know, you're going to miss, you're not going to score every day.
"He's just so free-flowing, he's just care-free, and he's just enjoying his football. You can see when he's playing, he's not worried if he misses.
"He's 17 years of age, and I won't curse on telly, but he doesn't care, like he'll just get the ball again and he'll see what happens. He lost a few balls here, but yet the last one, he finished it."
An impressive smart watch that's been compared to Apple has been given a huge discount for a limited time.
The TRAUSI Smart Watch has been reduced by 82%, with its price dropping from €150.32 to just €24.27 on Amazon.
It features a range of functions, including Bluetooth calling, message notifications, heart rate/sleep monitoring, fitness tracking and timer capabilities, with 120 workout modes.
One review reads: "It looks just like an Apple Watch and works just like it. It can do all what an Apple Watch can do at a cheaper cost."
