Monaghan are Ulster senior football champions and nothing is going to change that now after an incredible 0-11 to 0-10 win over Donegal this afternoon in Clones. Monaghan led at the break by 0-8 to 0-4 and despite going the last 25 minutes of the second half without a score, they held on for a narrow win. They had to withstand a last gasp shot from Patrick McBrearty that arrowed towards the post but was judged to have gone wide which would have forced the game to a replay.
