Joe Brolly had a problem with Andy Moran’s celebration against Roscommon

Andy Moran must have felt pretty damn good about drilling the ball into the net.

The Mayo man was booed by a small section of Roscommon supporters every time he touched the ball when both counties couldn't be separated in Croke Park at the end of July. It is believed that Moran being from Ballaghaderreen, Roscommon but opting to play for Mayo was the reasoning behind the hostility. In the replay on the August bank holiday Monday, Moran jogged off the pitch to rapturous applause after putting in one hell of a shift in Mayo's 4-19 to 0-9 annihilation over their provincial rivals. He grabbed the second goal of the game with a cool finish early in the first half. Of course, he celebrated accordingly. During the live broadcast of the game, pundit Joe Brolly admitted he wasn't a fan of Moran's celebration.
