Seriously, if you have a weak stomach, turn back now.
Your life will not be diminished in any way for not having seen the horror injury suffered a by a club footballer in Carlow this week.
Are you still here?
Ok, well don't say we haven't warned you that if you are in any squeamish, your stomach may be about to do a forward roll and reverse tumble at the same time.
Earlier this week Robbie Ryan was in action for his club Rathvilly when he suffered what we can only imagine what was one of the most painful experiences of his life.
Rathvilly faced Naomh Padraig midweek in the Carlow junior football league division three when Ryan suffered a horror finger injury.
We don’t know how this could happen, and we're no doctors, but is that the bone in his finger staring up at us?
His snapchat summed it up, proper f**ked.
At least Rathvilly won the game, as it ended 2-12 to 0-11.
