Darren Till pays respect to GAA player and martial artist after passing

UFC welterweight contender Darren Till has paid his respects to Dubliner Darragh Lawless following his passing over the weekend.
Till said in a post on his Instagram account that he had met Lawless when he had visited Dublin as part of Gymshark's #LiftTheCity campaign. The Liverpudlian said he found Lawless to be funny and pleasant and added that he would be dedicating his next fight against Jorge Masvidal to the Ballyboughal native. Lawless was also a member of Ballyboughal GFC and SBG Swords who both paid their respects to the teenager in posts on their Facebook accounts. The club wrote in a post on their Facebook account:"It is with great sadness that we have learnt of the sudden death of friend and teammate Darragh Lawless. "We extend our deepest sympathies to Darragh’s parents, Mandy & Greg and to Laura, Aimee and Rowen. "As a mark of respect to the family , all club activity will be postponed until further notice."SBG Swords also paid their respects and noted that he was a brilliant and dedicated young martial artist:
"We offer our deepest condolences to the family and friends of Darragh Lawless. Darragh was a longtime member of SBG Swords, a brilliant and dedicated young martial artist. He was a great character around the gym, always at hand to help out his team mates.
