Dublin Fire Brigade respond to Croke Park flag controversy

It's not their fault.

Dublin fans are not happy that their flag will be banned from Hill 16 from here on out. News broke yesterday that their signature flag that is passed around before every match will now be banned under new rules brought in at Croke Park. It's all part of the experience really but is now banned from GAA headquarters because it could be a fire or security risk. The whole thing really hasn't gone down well with fans, so much so that one Dublin supporters group is urging fans to boycott food stands and bars inside the stadium. Well, after being Tweeted asking if they advised that the flag was a fire risk the Dublin Fire Brigade made clear that Croke Park make these decisions internally. https://twitter.com/DubFireBrigade/status/890300237734084608
