Dublin have reclaimed the Leinster Minor Hurling Championship from Kilkenny after a 6-19 to 7-12 win over the Cats in O'Moore Park in Portlaoise on Saturday.
Man of the match Luke Swan led the way for Dublin with 3-1 while Liam Dunne scored 2-6 to account for over 59% of Dublin's scores for the afternoon.
Kilkenny got off to the perfect start after George Murphy and Killian Hogan netted back-to-back goals within a minute to put the Cats out in front before Dublin hit back swiftly with goals from Swan, Dunne and Conor Murray to reclaim the lead.
Cian Kenny and Cathal O’Leary tagged on further goals before half-time to give Kilkenny a lead at the break before Swan and Dunne scored more goals after the break to put the Dubs back out in front.
The win for Dublin sees them reclaim the provincial title after a 2016 win over Wexford while defending champions Kilkenny lose their title after last year's final win over Dublin.
