Ahead of today's All-Ireland final between Kerry and Donegal, there was a bizarre incident involving Kerry TD Danny Healy-Rae and a Garda.
Footage shows the controversial politician walking among Kerry fans near Branningans, just off O'Connell Street.
Wearing a Kerry hat, he fist pumps to the cheering crowd before bumping into and getting pushed by the Garda.
Healy-Rae then walked back up to the Garda and they both squared up to each other.
After the incident, he said: “I was just having fun and the Garda pushed me. There was no call for it. I asked him why he’d done that. I am thinking of making a complaint.”
A Gardai spokesperson said: “Anyone who wishes to report the conduct of a member of An Garda Síochána is entitled to make a complaint to the independent policing ombudsman, Fiosrú."
