Cavan are back in the big time and arguably the most passionate fans in the country are happy out. Too often at games all players hear is abuse from the stands. But on Sunday afternoon at Kingspan Breffni Park, the Cavan crowd had only one way to show their appreciation to the county's football heroes. The Ulster side secured their place back in the top flight of league football with a superb 1-16 to 1-12 win over Galway, and the promotion means they will play in Division One for the first time in 20 years in 2017.
