Speaking to 98FM, 'Boden's Darren O'Reilly said: "We actually had a meeting with Joe Schmidt about six weeks ago and he was just talking to us about [the fact] that there's lads that are obviously going to be disappointed that they're not starting.
"But it's about putting that aside for the benefit of the team and I think they've done that and done that very well.
"It was in the club. It was a private session with the players and he kind of gave us a bit more insight into how professional teams are run and the mentality that they bring to every training session and every match."
