WATCH: Walsall’s intense goalkeeping drill looks absolutely exhausting

Goalkeepers don't usually have to be the fittest lads on the pitch.

But that's not the case at Walsall FC. You need some pretty powerful lungs to get through the explosive training drills with the League One leaders. Just ask Neil Etheridge! The Saddlers' stopper basically spends his training sessions flying through the air, pouncing to his feet, throwing himself down to the bottom left corner and repeating.
