Packie McGuinness rarely misses a Dundalk training session. He never misses a match. A fan of Dundalk from way, way back, McGuinness was travelling with the squad for their Europa League tie against Maccabi Tel Aviv, on Thursday, when he and his wife got a lovely surprise. The married couple will get the V.I.P treatment at the European game, courtesy of the club and broadcasters eir Sport. O'Donnell said:"They follow us everywhere. Packie does be at every training session. I think he knows more about Dundalk at this stage than the manager."It's the least they deserve.
A win would definitely secure Dundalk passage to the knock-out stages but a draw may also prove enough.
