You know, they can talk all they want about Ronaldo.
They can talk about his 500th club goal, his 600th career goal. They can talk about how he achieved this in a Champions League final - his fourth triumph of Europe where he scored for a record third time in the decider.
They can talk about Zidane - one of the planet's greatest ever players who has won two Champions League trophies in two seasons as manager and won La Liga in his first full go at it too.
They might tell you that Ronaldo is a shoe-in now for a fifth Ballon d'Or and how, at 32, he's only getting more effective and more successful.
But there's only one thing to say to all of that.
Jon Walters.

It was a brilliantly heartening first half from the Irish in their friendly with Uruguay at the Aviva - apart from a Darren Randolph meltdown of course. Skipper for the night Jon Walters lit it up with a moment of magic first though to put the hosts in the lead and how he did it spectacularly.
The move literally had everything - high pressure, incisive passing, Glenn Whelan moving forward and Jonny Walters picking out the far top corner with effortless beauty.
The day will come when kids will argue who was better, Walters or Ronaldo. But if his 13th international goal is anything to go by, there is no argument.

And obviously we'll forgive him for missing from three yards out then...
