All hell broke loose at a football match in Turkey recently after an already sent off player decided to kick an opponent in the face.
Kayhan Karakaş, playing for Dallicaspor, was taken down by a blatant kick from Mehmet Değirmenci, who played for Sanayispor.
The kick out was enough to earn the defender a sending off. Seeing red (literally), he brutally kicked Karakaş again as he lay on the floor - only this time in the head.
Değirmenci then had to be escorted from the pitch and has since been sacked by his club.
Amazingly, Karakaş insisted on continuing, but later collapsed and had to visit hospital.
Unsurprisingly, he has now decided to press charges following the incident.
"Thank God that kick came near my jaw," he later explaied. "If it had hit me directly in the face, it could have broken my nose, made me blind or broke my neck."
