Speaking to Virgin Radio, 'Chappy' explained that he was disappointed by the actions of the celebrity pair, and that he and his representation suspected it was Vardy's agent rather than Jamie or Rebekah who was behind the bad feeling:
"I'm upset about what's going on. Day before yesterday, my Twitter was blocked by Vardy and his partner Becky, Rebecca. We believe it's down to the agent...I'm completely baffled by it. I've done charity work, I've done work for the club - just promoting a bit of a family image really."

Despite the setback, Chappy insists that his future in the lookalike game remains bright - even if the person he looks like isn't very impressed. As one might expect, he has been inundated with job offers since Leicester City won the league and there's big plans on the horizon:
"We've been really busy. We've been on TV and the radio, doing news and stuff. I've done some charity bits, been to schools, attending assemblies and fun days. We've done children's birthdays - I've got one today actually. We've got TV projects going ahead, we've got the Lookalikes programme series two."
But one "exciting" venture that the real Vardys (and perhaps Arsene Wenger too) may not appreciate is Chapman's plans to join Adonis Cabaret, a hen party company that describes itself as a 'male strip show and drag queen spectacular rolled into one'.
"I've got exciting plans with Adonis Cabaret, it's a worldwide thing. They're talking about doing a Vardy tour. Like...is it Channing Tatum?"

The faux footballer also confirmed that he wouldn't be averse to joining the Big Brother house, a suggestion originally mooted by This Morning presenter Eamonn Holmes, and one that has quickly gathered steam.
"I'd love to do the Big Brother house, it'd be a massive experience. [When asked about needing thick skin] I've been getting few trolls, keyboard wizards as they're called. I've got to put up with it, it is what it is."
