The police in Marseille have got their work cut out by the sounds of things.

With little under 48 hours to go until England kick off their Euro 2016 campaign at the city's Stade Veldorme, reports surfaced late on Thursday night that England supporters had clashed with a group of local youths. French police used tear gas after fighting broke out, with two arrests also being made. On Friday afternoon, with the tournament still hours from kick off, there appears to have been more trouble in Marseille. Yet again, it's being claimed that police have used tear gas on English supporters following another incident. https://twitter.com/peterallenparis/status/741305287848656898 https://twitter.com/iainmacintosh/status/741311113011290112

To complicate matters, it's also said that Russian supporters were ushered away from the scene by police.

Others in Marseille have suggested fighting has broken out between English, French and Russian supporters.

Let's hope this is the end of the matter and we can all just concentrate on the football. England kick off their Euro 2016 campaign against Russia on Saturday at 8pm.
