This isn't the first time a footballing Shaw has been mocked for eating at a football game.
Ah man, we feel sorry for Luke Shaw here. He wasn't even named as a substitute for Manchester United's 3-2 victory over former club Southampton in the EFL Cup final and people are still taking the piss out of him.
Following the Red Devils' dramatic win against the Saints, courtesy of a bullet Zlatan Ibrahimovic header in the 87th minute, everyone was understandably jubilant in the Manchester United changing room afterwards.
Everyone was dancing. Everyone was posing with the trophy. Everyone was revelling in the moment with their teammates... everyone apart from Luke Shaw for a few seconds of recorded footage.
Ander Herrera uploaded some phone video he had filmed with his colleagues after the game, and as well as Marcos Rojo goofing about with bottle in hand, it happens to show Shaw snacking on some sandwiches.
Now the poor lad probably hadn't eaten all day and the whole point of there being refreshments in the changing room was precisely because the players had to grab a bite whilst they could, but that didn't stop folk mocking him.
It's partly because fitness has been a particular issue for the full-back, and many have questioned whether he is currently boasting a little too much timber to be properly match fit. These pictures didn't help...
