Pics: Liverpool release their new kit tomorrow and here are the contenders

Not long to go now.

As the league season tips into its final stages, attentions of most fans seem to turn to what their side will be wearing in the next campaign. The two most anticipated Premier League kits (in Ireland at least) tend to be that of Manchester United and Liverpool, but with Liverpool due to reveal their new jersey for the 2015/16 season tomorrow, their fans' wait is almost over. In reality, it's actually sad how excited we get about what type of kit our teams will be wearing, but then again, sports fans have never been the most rational, have we? It'll be a debut effort from American giant New Balance, who have rebranded their subsidiary Warrior, who made Liverpool's last three kits. We've seen countless mockups over the last few months. Some were fantastic, yet clearly fake. Some looked legit, but weren't particularly nice, while others fit somewhere in between. We've picked out the options that look most realistic from the bunch, so which one would you rather see at the unveiling tomorrow? The first one would get my vote (if I was a Liverpool fan), and it also comes with a glimpse at what the away and third strips will look like. While Liverpool's last three home kits have all been pretty impressive, the away kits have been a bit out there, but if these three end up on the shop shelves in the next few weeks, I can't see too many people complaining. The home kit brings back the yellow trim that we haven't seen on a Liverpool top in quite some time while the yellow away kit that the players currently tog out in will be done away with, with the white away jersey making a return to our shelves. We've also been shown more then just mock-ups for the home jersey, with this prototype looking pretty impressive.   The second jersey has a similar enough pattern on the body of the jersey - albeit the stripes and chequered design are a bit thicker. The collar, though, looks dodgy. It all looks a bit 1970s and compared to the more refined jersey above, it looks pretty cheap. Still though, considering it's a photo of a hard copy of the jersey rather than just designs, it has to be taken seriously. The third, and probably least likely candidate is in my opinion the prettiest. Simple, classy, and appealing to the eight-year-old in me because it's apparently EXPLODING, it looks by a mile to be the prettiest of the three. However, all we have is a picture of the design, rather than one of the jersey itself, and when we floated the idea of this to Liverpool fans a few weeks back, many seemed to think it was fake. Still, I just had to include it, similar to how a game show host shows a contestant what they could have won after they make a hames of their final question.   Anyway, all shall be revealed tomorrow afternoon at around 1.30. Tick tock!
