The new Champions League rule seems unfair

Europe's top four leagues will be guaranteed four places each in the group stages of the Champions League from 2018.

England, Germany, Spain and Italy are currently the top ranked ranked leagues in Europe. It's difficult not to see the changes as a victory for elite of European football.
