It was bound to happen one day.
Autobot Michael Owen has been present on our screens for some time now, providing moderate insights and semi-relevant comments on the human pastime of football. Many had long suspected that the BT Sport droid was more machine than man, and sadly on Saturday morning it was all too evident, as the MO3000 malfunctioned during a live broadcast. He was programmed to talk about Gary Neville's appointment as Valencia's new Head Coach but broke down mid-sentence, instead coming out with random noises reminiscent of distant relation R2-D2.
