Match of the Day will be moved from its usual Saturday night slot to accommodate the Eurovision song contest this weekend.
The popular international music contest takes place in Liverpool on Saturday and coverage of the event will begin at 8 pm on BBC One, finishing at midnight. The event will take Match of the Day’s usual 10:20/10:30 pm evening slot on BBC One.
Those still wishing to get their football fix won’t go without though.
BBC Two showing the highlights of all the action from Saturday’s Premier League fixtures at a slightly earlier time of 10 PM.
Gary Lineker is still expected to host the broadcast which will feature games that could have a huge impact at both ends of the table.
Games such as Aston Villa vs Spurs; Chelsea vs Nottingham Forest and Manchester United vs Wolves will all be there for everyone to enjoy.
