Liverpool make 11 changes to their team for EFL Cup game against Spurs

Liverpool have made 11 changes from the team that beat West Brom last Saturday for tonight's EFL Cup game against Tottenham Hotspur. Lucas captains the team, Simon Mignolet gets a start and Trent Alexander-Arnold, an 18-year-old academy graduate, makes his debut at right-back.
