Hull City, Sunderland and West Brom, in addition to the Premier League champions, are also reported to be monitoring the Dubliner.
Hull manager Steve Bruce wants to bring Brady back to the KC Stadium, where he played from 2011 to 2015. Norwich signed the player last summer for £7m, following Hull's relegation from the Premier League, but will find themselves in the Championship next season.
Any move for Brady by Hull could depend on Liverpool's pursuit of Andy Robertson. This could, in turn, depend on the Reds' attempt to sign Leicester left-back Ben Chilwell.
In short, one of either Hull or Leicester look likely to be in the market for a left-back, and Brady's impressive performances in the Premier League and the European Championships make him highly sought after.
Surprisingly, both Chilwell and Robertson are being linked with a move to Liverpool to replace Alberto Moreno, but Brady isn't.
The London Times also reported of Leicester's interest in the player earlier this month.
