Penalty kicks *should* be one of the simplest ways to score a goal.
Twelve yards out, and just one man standing between you and getting your name on the scoresheet. No big deal.
Despite this, professional footballers regularly remind us that converting a spot kick can be far from straightforward by skying efforts deep into the stands.
But one man that had no such problems this weekend was Swansea City legend, Lee Trundle.
Now 40, Trundle has been representing Welsh Division Two side Llanelli Town of late, but bagged himself a double hat-trick in a charity match for Swansea City All Stars. Unusually, the highlight of his six-goal haul came courtesy of a penalty.
With the ball already on the spot, Trundle walks up to the ball and bends down as if to re-position it. As he reaches down for the ball with his hands, his left foot suddenly stabs it beyond the goalkeeper and into the roof of the net.

Outrageous.
The match was being played against Briton Ferry Llansawel's over-35 team and helped raise money for Carolyn Gammon, a local woman who is battling breast cancer.
