It's not a surprise to see Liverpool players being linked with Barcelona.

Barcelona have used Sergi Roberto and Alex Vidal, but Luis Enrique is supposedly unconvinced by either. Clyne's good form for Liverpool, a transfer fee of £20m and the fact he wouldn't be cup tied for European football this season, reportedly make him an option for Barca. However, Clyne's manager doesn't appear worried that he is about to lose the player. When asked about the rumours following Liverpool's 4-2 victory over Crystal Palace on Saturday, Klopp responded exactly how you would expect him to. Klopp was affable and honest, but ultimately dismissed giving too much credence to a transfer rumour two months before the window opens, and about a player who appears settled at Liverpool. "What can I say? It's better that they talk about Real Madrid and Barcelona," the Liverpool manager said.

"How many matches have we played? Nine, ten? F**king hell, 10 matches and we talk about all this stuff. Do they want to get them in winter or the next window? "Do they think they can buy Clyney in winter? Come on. It's nice but not important."
