Jose Mourinho has just agreed a two-year commercial deal with Heineken for £4m. Yes, four million pounds.
While Alex Ferguson used to share a bottle of red wine with opposing coaches [he liked] at Old Trafford, we would not be surprised if Mourinho had a fully stocked fridge of beer to offer.
The deal, which was agreed earlier this year and has already seen Mourinho shoot a cheesy TV advert, takes the Portuguese' gross earnings to £22m a year. Even after the tax folks and agents take a nibble, Mourinho is doing alright for himself.
We thought we would depress ourselves by looking at the nine lucrative deals that have Mourinho raking it in.
Day job
Manchester United - Annual salary £12m
Commercial deals
Heineken - £2m

Hublot - £2m
"Apart from anything else it is more important to me to be a friend of the brand than an ambassador," Mourinho opined back in 2014. Where can we find friends like these?

Jaguar - £2m
Along with Hublot, the Jaguar commitment was said to be one of the stumbling blocks of Mourinho's contract with United. Chevrolet have spent a lot of money to be United's main automotive partner but Mourinho will continue to front Jaguar campaigns and drives their luxury cars.
Adidas - £1.5m
A match made in convenient heaven this. Mourinho went from adidas-sponsored Chelsea to adidas-sponsored United and wore adidas leisure wear in between.
EA Sports - £1m
What better way to hype up FIFA 17's new 'Journey Mode' than to get Jose on-board? His reveal at the EA event, back in June, was as dramatic as a Tennessee Williams play.
BT Sport, Atlantis hotels and Lipton Tea - £1.5m combined
Hard to get a locked down figure on the three remaining deals but they are not said to be as lucrative or time-consuming as the other five commercial arrangements.
There was talk of BT being upset, last season, of Mourinho appearing on Sky Sports' Goals on Sunday to discuss an ongoing crisis at Chelsea rather than one of their stations or shows.
Still, he did give that full interview to Claire Balding.
