Former Manchester City youngster clarifies his Rooney shirt ‘snub’

Manchester United breezed through to the fourth round of the FA Cup on Saturday afternoon, seeing off Reading 4-0 at Old Trafford.

Tweeting a picture of the shirt in which Rooney broke his record in, he confirms that the brief conversation he had with him at full-time was simply to arrange to switch shirts in the tunnel.
