The final takes place on Wednesday, May 22 at the Aviva Stadium - which will be called the Dublin Arena by Uefa as European football's governing body doesn't recognise stadiums named after a sponsor.
Liverpool are in the quarter-finals of the competition and they could reach the final in what would be Jurgen Klopp's final match as manager of the club.
The Reds are among the most popular football teams in Ireland, and tickets will be in high demand.
Liverpool face Serie A side Atalanta in the quarter-finals of the tournament.
The tickets will be priced at €65, €100 and €150. Each team in the final will only receive an allocation of 12,000 tickets each. Uefa will put 36,000 tickets on general sale. The stadium holds 51,700 spectators.
Fans can apply for tickets from Tuesday, April 9 to Tuesday, April 16.
Applicants can indicate if they are supporters of one of the eight remaining teams in the tournament, and whether they want to buy tickets even if their side does not make it to the final.
