David James believes the signing of Anthony Martial has taken some of the shine off Memphis Depay's first few months at Manchester United.
Depay went and scored after 12 minutes of course to shut him up.
Speaking on BT Sport before their coverage of United's visit to Watford, James said that signing the exciting Martial from Monaco may have had a negative effect on Memphis' mental state.
The former Watford keeper questioned the Dutch youngster's character, and wondered whether he had the correct mentality to cope with the competition.
