Chelsea have suspended another two supporters following the racism incident on the Paris metro in midweek.
It now brings to five the number of supporters who have been suspended, after the club revealed they had identified and banned three yesterday.
A club statement has said that an investigation is ongoing, and if found guilty, any fan will be banned from their stadium for life.
Manager Jose Mourinho has said that he and his players are "ashamed" by the actions of the fans.
"I felt ashamed when I found out but these supporters do not represent the club.
"The dressing room reacted as I did - with disappointment. They condemn the situation and support the gentleman involved. They feel ashamed but maybe we shouldn't because these people involved do not belong to Chelsea Football Club."
At Mourinho's press conference today, a club statement said: "Such behaviour is abhorrent and has no place in football or society. We will support any criminal action against those involved, and should evidence point to involvement of Chelsea season-ticket holders or members the club will take the strongest possible action against them, including banning orders."
