Champions League draw: Arsenal handed nightmare tie as Leicester and Manchester City fare better

Arsenal have been handed a tough draw against Bayern Munich for the last 16 round of the Champions League.

The tie against the Bundesliga champions is their reward for finishing top of their group. Pep Guardiola's Manchester City got what looks like a plum draw as they will face AS Monaco - a tie the ex-Barcelona manager will be expecting to win. While reigning Premier League champions Leicester City will play Sevilla. The full draw:
  • Manchester City vs AS Monaco
  • Real Madrid vs Napoli
  • Benfica vs Borussia Dortmund
  • Bayern Munich vs Arsenal
  • Porto vs Juventus
  • Bayer Leverkusen vs Atletico Madrid
  • Paris Saint-Germain vs Barcelona
  • Leicester City vs Sevilla
The first leg of the ties will be played on 14th and 15th, and 21st and 22nd of February. The return legs will take place on the 7th and 8th, and the 14th and 15th of March. Real Madrid are the current holders after they beat cross-time rivals Atletico Madrid on penalties in the final at the San Siro in Milan in May.
